Do you operate on holidays?

Yes, Dartmouth Coach operates on holidays; however, there is limited service on Christmas Day. The Christmas Day schedule is highly modified. If you plan to travel on this day, be aware that service is limited and not all terminals and agencies have regular business hours. The Christmas Day schedule is posted as soon as it becomes available, usually around mid-November.

Am I entitled to a refund if the bus was late?

No. Every effort is made to operate according to published schedules. Connections are not guaranteed and schedules are subject to change without notice. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control and Dartmouth Coach cannot hold itself responsible for errors in timetables, inconvenience or damage resulting from delayed coaches.

Do you offer children's fares?

For Boston South Station and Logan Airport - KIDS RIDE FREE! One child under the age of 15 (14 and under) may ride free (space permitting) when accompanied by a full paying adult passenger. Any other children in the party will travel at the child's rate. For NYC service - children up to age 15 are 1/2 of the adult fare.

Why can't I find schedules to other points beyond Boston?

Dartmouth Coach provides service between Hanover, Lebanon, and New London, NH to Boston, MA, Logan International Airport, MA and New York, NY. Our website contains information for our services only. If you are making connections to other points, you must visit those websites to see those schedules. The Travel Links section of the website has the most commonly used carriers out of our service area.

Your schedule doesn't match the one I have.
