Can I get a refund if I don't use my ticket?

For Boston & Logan Airport tickets: online ticket refunds can be made in person at the Dartmouth Transportation Center on Etna Road in Lebanon, NH OR by sending unused tickets to: Dartmouth Coach Webstore Refund, 7 Langdon Street, Concord, NH 03301. For regular non-webstore tickets, you can refund them at the Dartmouth Transportation Center in Lebanon, NH or at Boston South Station. If you wish to mail them in for a refund, please call 603-448-2800 for mailing instructions.  A $2.00 transaction fee will be applied.

For New York City tickets: online ticket refunds must be made 24 hours before departure time. Please call 603-448-2800 to initiate the refund. Ticket refunds are not guaranteed after this time period.  A $15.00 transaction fee will be applied for any unused tickets.  Refunds will be processed at the end of the week, so please allow 7-9 days before you see your refund.
